Amazing customer service!!!
great pack
This backpack fits our 13 lb. dog securely and he seems comfortable in it. The instructions for getting our dog into the pack were easy to follow. Although our dog doesn't weigh much, having a waist belt and chest strap would help distribute the weight more evenly and allow me to carry him longer. The model with the waist belt is approx. $100 more and has additional features I didn't need. I'll see what I can do to improvise. If this model had a waist belt, the review would have been 5 stars.
I commute via the NYC Subway or LIRR which requires you to have your dog in a carrier. I love the backpack as it balances his weight out as I lug my laptop and other items needed for a days work (my work lets me bring him with me). It's also much nicer than his previous carrier as he isn't toally confined inside.
I really loved my sport sack trainer, but the zipper totally broken. It's not made to last or be durable sadly. I'm really disappointed.
