    Narrow straps

Really like this backpack, Dora (8lb toy poodle puppy mix, in size small) was totally content in it! One problem is my comfort- if the straps were angled out of the top it would be perfect! They are really close together at my neck and I can’t really wear it lower because it would ride below my hips (I’m 5’8”). And the water bottle side pockets are a bit short. Love the space at the bottom for snacks and my jacket tho thanks!

    Pretty good

Overall I am pleased with the pack. I bought this to replace an Air 2 pack as we needed a different size. As my dog grew beyond 15 pounds I found the Air 2 wasn't supportive enough and was beginning to feel floppy. The Knavigate's frame has solved this issue. I find the pack fairly comfortable, but if you were exceptionally tall or short I expect it wouldn't fit well. The pack itself is quite basic compared to established backpack companies. I like having the storage attached to the pack but the zipper that closes it goes around a corner which seems like a weak spot that may have issues one day. The hip pockets are almost too small to be of value (same with most packs I have owned) but I have filled them with poop bags. I LOVE the ability to bike with my dog in the pack which makes all of these quibbles completely bearable. I would recommend the Knavigate if your dog is over about 15 pounds if you are doing any longer distances with your dog.

    Absolutely LOVE this product!!

I bought the medium size Knavigate for my 33 pound beagle but upon it arriving, I knew it was too small. I contacted K9 Sport Sack and received a response within a day of my initial email. The exchange process was so incredibly easy and they sent my new backpack the day they emailed me! I got the large Knavigate for my beagle and she absolutely loves it. We are a very active family with bike rides and hiking and with her being almost 7, she can’t keep up like she used to but this backpack has her front and center in all the action! We got the goggles as well and she is the cutest beagle in all the land!! 100% recommend this product and anything else that comes with it!

    Great dog backpack

I ordered a medium and my mini poodle, 16 lbs with a back length of 20 inches fits great. We are still in the getting him used to small rides phase but so far so good. The video was helpful to show me how to get him in and it worked.
